Our standard terms and conditions on Search Engine Optimization are detailed below. By placing an order with Link Pushing, you confirm that you
are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below. Anyone who experiences a problem with the web service provided by Link Pushing
should raise the matter directly using our online contact form, giving sufficient information to identify the issue (such as a url) and clearly
outlining the grounds for complaint. Link Pushing will do everything in its power to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the complainant.
Please read carefully the Link Pushing Terms and Conditions below before any Purchase or Order.
Definitions:
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Link Pushing : Service Provider employees or affiliates. Link
Pushing will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between
Link Pushing and the client and acceptance of the terms and conditions. The terms are set out below and these constitute the only terms and
conditions under which Link Pushing enters into this agreement. No employee or agent of Link Pushing is authorized to agree or perform any
alterations in the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement lasts for the duration of the subscription. In the event of the client
failing to make payment to Link Pushing then Link Pushing is entitled to take any or all of the following remedies, in any order it sees
fit:
(1) Require immediate payment of the outstanding fee.
(2) Cease working on behalf of the client until all overdue sums are paid.
(3) Be released from any obligations to refund any money to the client under any other terms of this agreement.
The client understands that submission sites are independent companies who select and publish or remove article/post submissions using their own
criteria and are under no obligation to keep any article/post published. If the client fails to follow Link Pushing’s recommendations then the
results achieved by Link Pushing will have considerably less importance than would be achieved otherwise.
(1) Link Pushing may terminate this agreement at any time if the client’s website contains any material which is illegal, pornographic,
and/or racially abusive or is likely to cause offence or damage to Link Pushing’s reputation.
(2) The invalidity or un enforceability of any provision of this agreement shall not affect or impair the validity of any other provision.
No waiver of any rights Link Pushing has under this agreement shall be deemed from any failure by Link Pushing to enforce any part of this
agreement.
Agreement Disclaimer :
The signatory to this agreement on behalf of the client warrants that he/she has the authority to commit the client to this agreement and
further confirms that this agreement is between two businesses. If any of the client’s payments are made by a credit card or debit card, which is not in the name of the business, then it is for the client to reimburse the card holder for any payments made on the client’s behalf.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
We Accept Online Credit Cards Payments via PayPal and Moneybookers only. We don’t have any agreements with any other Merchants.We do not accept offline
payments such as e-cheques, cheques, bank wire transfer, direct deposit, postal payments and demand drafts.
Money back Policy:
We have confidence in our service and thus offer the following money back guarantee. This guarantee is extended to only subscription contract signing
clients for Link Pushing services only. If you are not satisfied with our service, send your refund request to: info@linkpushing.net. We will
investigate the reasons why you are not satisfied and we will refund part or all of your payment for one months subscription if we have not provided
the service as advertised.
Note: We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantee for client misinterpretation of our services. We have supplied detailed descriptions, and videos
to explain what we do on our website.
Cancellation of Subscription :
If you have monthly Subscription Link Pushing Package with Link Pushing , The subscription shall remain binding unless and until terminated
by either party giving notice expiring at any time after the end of the Initial Terms or otherwise in accordance with any other clause specified
in the subscription. Termination of the Contract Agreement, however arising, shall not affect or prejudice the accrued rights of the other concerned
parties as at termination or the continuation of any provision expressly stated to survive or implicitly surviving termination.
Security & Abuse:
We do not currently have any affiliate/reseller program and we do not have any resellers or affiliates. We accept outsource projects' requests, however
Link Pushing does not have any responsibility for this type of business, and we will never ask for your passwords or financial information in an
email. You should only share information about your website once you have logged in to http://linkpushing.net directly from your browser. If you
