Make Your Resource Box Work For You!
Here’s a tip for those of you to get people to read and react to your resource box. Instead of ending your article in the body of your article, end your article with a compelling call to action in your research box.
For instance, do not end your article with the words, “Thanks for reading my article about widgets, I hope you learned something”.
End your article as though you still have something to say and make the resource box flow nicely as though it is a part of the article and put your link in the resource box as early as possible with a call to action for the reader to click through.
Here’s an example from a Press Release I recently sent out:
<beginning of last paragraph>
Web surfers do have the option of turning off instant but it is something that has not taken place all that much as it appears that the popularity of Google Instant is overwhelming. <end of last paragraph>
<beginning of Resource/Bio Box>
Linkpushing service by http://linkpushing.net will enhance your position on the internet and give you a greater presence in Google and the other search engines. SEO is evolving and a good web master will evolve with it and part of that evolution would be to use the linkpushing process.<end of resource box>
It flows naturally from the end of the press release to the resource box and gives the reader a reason to click through so not only do you get a backlink, you have an effective way of getting your readers to follow through to your site and considering that the reader read the entire article, odds are they are very interested in what you offer on your site.
